"I avoided smiling in photos for ten years. After Dr. Maddipati fitted my new dentures, my granddaughter said I looked like myself again. That meant everything."

Will Medicare or Medicaid Cover My Visit?

Coverage depends on your specific plan — which is why we verify your benefits before your first appointment rather than leaving you to guess.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

Many Medicare Advantage plans include dental benefits covering cleanings, X-rays, extractions, and sometimes dentures. Original Medicare Parts A & B generally do not cover routine dental. If you have a Part C plan, call us with the plan name and we verify coverage before you come in.

Texas Medicaid (STAR)

We accept Texas Medicaid for adult patients. Covered services typically include exams, cleanings, X-rays, and certain restorative treatments. We verify your specific plan and give you a clear picture of what to expect before your appointment.

Plans also accepted: Aetna · Delta Dental · Cigna · MetLife · Guardian · Humana · United Healthcare · CareCredit · Sunbit financing

Common Questions

Medicare Advantage (Part C) dental coverage varies by plan. Many plans cover preventive services (cleanings, exams, X-rays) and may cover extractions and some restorative services. Some plans also include partial or full dentures. Original Medicare (Parts A and B) generally does not cover routine dental care. Call us with your plan name and we verify your specific benefits before your visit.
A consultation appointment is the right first step. Dr. Maddipati will examine your current teeth and gums, take any necessary X-rays, and discuss your options — full dentures, partial dentures, or implant-supported solutions. She'll give you a written cost estimate before any treatment begins and help you understand what your insurance may cover.
Absolutely. We regularly see patients who come with adult children, spouses, or caregivers. Family members are welcome in the operatory if the patient prefers it. We will make sure everyone understands what's happening and what the plan is before anything begins.
Yes. Dr. Maddipati's public health background means she's trained to consider systemic health in dental planning. Gum disease has well-documented connections to diabetes and cardiovascular health. She will review your health history carefully and coordinate with your primary care provider when relevant. Please bring a list of your current medications to your first appointment.
