Services we refer out: We want your first visit to be productive, so here's what happens elsewhere and what we coordinate on your behalf.

  • Implant placement (surgical phase): Handled by a trusted oral surgeon or periodontist. We provide the implant restoration (crown or bridge) afterward.
  • Complex oral surgery, including surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth: Coordinated with an oral surgeon. Simple extractions are performed in our office.
  • Pediatric sedation: Not offered here. Children requiring sedation are referred to a pediatric dental specialist.
  • Braces and clear aligners: Handled by our sister practice, Mi Smile Orthodontics. We are happy to coordinate.

“Great experience i loved coming here . Office is very clean and organized.The front desk lady is very nice as well the assistants and the doctor Maddi. They are nice people attentive patient caring .Any concern you have they answer and explain to you step by step. Any other dentist places they just worry about the money and not the patients here they not like this. I went to get x-rays done due to me having some pain concerns about my cavities they sat me in the room and the doctor explain to me everything i was looking at the screen "x-rays". No — we are always welcoming new patients. Call 832-779-5522 or request an appointment online. Same-day slots are reserved for emergencies. If you haven't seen a dentist in years, that's perfectly fine — we meet you where you are, without judgment.
A comprehensive new patient exam typically takes about 60–90 minutes, including X-rays, a cleaning if indicated, and a full conversation with Dr. Maddipati about your dental health. We schedule new patients with extra time so nothing feels rushed.
Not here. Many of our patients haven't seen a dentist in years — sometimes because of cost, anxiety, or simply life getting in the way. We never shame or lecture. We assess where things are, explain what we find clearly, and work with you on next steps at your own pace.
Yes — we see patients of all ages, including babies. Texas Medicaid covers the First Dental Home visit at age 1. CHIP provides comprehensive dental coverage for children. We make first dental visits as positive and calm as possible for young patients.
Not the surgical placement step. Implant placement is performed by an oral surgeon or periodontist, who places the titanium post in the jawbone. Once the implant has integrated, Mi Smile Family Dental handles the restoration phase — the custom crown or bridge that goes on top. If you already have an implant placed and need a restoration, call 832-779-5522 and we'll coordinate with your surgeon.
